In First and Second Grades, Enrichment Days provide our students with the joy of investigative studies into the areas of science, social studies, nature, history, art, or music taught by their parents. Parents sign up at the beginning of the year to teach on several Fridays during the year. Lesson plans including activities are provided along with guidance from faculty and staff. This concept is continued in Grades Three through Eight when parents accompany classes on field trips, act as guest speakers, and provide demonstrations. The parents’ role goes far beyond chaperoning to active involvement in the covenant relationship.
