Prayer

The most important way you can give back to Parkview Christian School is to pray. We ask that you pray for the students, the faculty, and all our families. Pray for the school to grow and for us to follow God’s will as we seek to do that. Please pray that our students would know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him. And finally, please pray for our financial needs to be met and for us to have wisdom as to how we allocate our resources in order to glorify God.

Financial Gifts

There are three financial categories where you can give depending on how the Lord leads you. All monies will be used to further our goal of making disciples who love learning. Parkview Christian School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by law.

Annual Fund

In Ephesians 3, Paul prays that they, “being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.” We believe that God has sown seeds here at PCS that our teachers have nurtured, and that our students are being “rooted and established in love.” And it is not only the students whose lives are touched, but also the families and the teachers. Enduring friendships have been formed, and lives have literally been changed. God has used our school in Lilburn to do great things in the world. After 28 years, we have former students who are now working in law, medicine, government, education, business and many who are now parents themselves. There are so many stories of God’s power and provision for PCS. Our affordable tuition does not close the gap of operating expenses, especially this year due to the pandemic. If you are a family who has been blessed by PCS, would you please consider an end-of-the-year monetary gift to us?

Runathon

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and an annual family fun event! Students ask donors to pledge a dollar amount per lap they will run in the Runathon. Each week, we have fun challenges to help the students get their pledges. The goal is for each student to raise $10.00 per lap and run 50 (small!) laps. We also have an extreme spirit wear day, a t-shirt design contest, and a classroom door-decorating contest. The weeks leading up to the Runathon are busy and exciting! At the conclusion of the Runathon, students collect their pledge money from their sponsors. You may give your sponsored student cash or check or donate online using the PayPal link below.

Scholarship Fund

We are aware of those who pray earnestly for PCS, and we are tremendously grateful. This sense of oneness creates a special atmosphere for our school community.  We rejoice together and face hardship together as well.  In the current situation with parents who have been furloughed or have lost their jobs, we want to allow children to remain or return to PCS.  Donations given to the scholarship fund are allocated by a finance subcommittee of the Board, after a family completes an application for assistance. This is an opportunity to directly impact the life of a child who is enrolled, or would like to be for August 2024.  Please ask the Lord for His direction in a gift toward this need.
